Congratulations to Keenya Frazier and co-authors, Drs. Abby Pulsipher, Richard Orlandi, and Kristine Smith for presenting their research, “Temporal and Geographic Variations and Patient Factors in Acute Invasive Fungal Sinusitis: A Systematic Review,” at the 2024 American Rhinologic Society Meeting at COSM! The findings of their systematic review reveal a data gap concerning the impact of geographic, temporal, and social determinants on the variations and incidence of acute invasive fungal sinusitis (AIFS). The authors recommend further studies to determine the significance of these factors in AIFS.
